When it comes to quick thinkers, Kailee is a fast as they come. Her job requires her to interact with every person that comes into contact with Paradigm and Kailee remembers them all by name. It’s Kailee’s quick thinking and awesome personality that keeps us engaged and constantly striving to truly live up to Paradigm’s definition.

Aside from a desire for perfection, Jenna’s attention to detail really makes her shine as our Project Manager. With her “can-do” attitude, there isn’t a thing she can’t accomplish when it comes to your roofing system. You’ll know your roof will truly be the Paradigm of the industry when you see Jenna on site.

Roy has a thirst for knowledge that is compared to none. He eats, sleeps and breathes everything roofing. When Roy shows up at your doorstep you can trust that he’s going to give you the most in-depth diagnosis of your roofing system.
Sales & Acquisitions Manager
Will came to paradigm with 7 years of customer service experience along side 1 year of experience in professional sales and relationship development. He holds multiple certificates from Owens Corning and CertainTeed. Will is the heart and soul of our sales team; his primary focus is to make certain that our customers are informed and comfortable throughout every step of our process. From the very beginning of a customer’s relationship with Paradigm he will be alongside them to make sure every need and question is answered.
Mitch came to us with 8 years of operations management and customer service experience. His background in management helps to give our administrative team the added boost to organization and efficiency. Using proper goal setting and long term planning skills, he is helping to set the tone for brand standards.
